These terms govern the use of this platform. By acquiring or utilizing these dashboard systems, you agree to these operational steps to ensure a high-fidelity deployment.

1. The Goal

I provide professional-grade architecture to accelerate dashboard development. A valid license provides unique keys and authenticated access to the private source code repositories.

3. Your Account

To get the code, you must link your GitHub username and your Gumroad license key. You are responsible for keeping your account information private.

4. Ownership

I own the original code and the design of these tools. When you buy a license, you are allowed to use them to build your own projects.

5. Rules for Use

How you use the code is governed by my License Agreement. You cannot resell the starter kit itself as a standalone product.

6. Refunds

Because you get instant access to the full source code, I generally do not offer refunds. However, if you have a major problem, email me and I will look into it.

7. My Responsibility

While these systems are built for maximum robustness, they are provided "as-is." I am not liable for any secondary data loss or operational issues resulting from your specific implementation or modification of the code.

8. Changes

I might change these rules from time to time. If I make a big change, I will post it here.
