License Agreement

The concise version: You are free to build unlimited commercial projects and keep 100% of your earnings. The only restriction is that you cannot redistribute or resell the core boilerplate source code as a standalone product or starter kit.

This is a legal agreement between the Creator (0x1da49) and the Licensee (You). By acquiring these systems, you agree to these terms designed to protect the integrity of the architecture while maximizing your shipping speed.

1. Your Freedom

When you buy a license, I give you full permission to use my systems for your success:

• Build unlimited websites and businesses.
• Use the code for yourself or for your paying clients.
• Keep 100% of the money you make from any project you launch.

2. The Only Rules

To keep the community fair, you are not allowed to:

• Resell or redistribute the original source code as a standalone asset.
• Remove or alter the core setup and attribution headers in the internal engine files.
• Use the software for any purpose that violates local or international laws.
• Share or transfer your unique license key or private repository access.

3. Who Owns the Code

I own the original code for these tools. You are buying a license to use that code for your projects, but you do not own the original system itself.

4. Provided "As-Is"

I provide the code "as is." I have worked hard to make it great, but I cannot promise it will be perfect for every single thing you try to build. Please test your projects carefully.

5. Responsibility

I am not responsible for any issues or losses that happen when you use my code. By using it, you agree that you are responsible for your own projects.
